Orders, Pricing & Payments

2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier costs, or promotions. We strive to ensure accuracy but errors may occur. If a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
3. Payments
We accept major payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (via secure payment gateways). Payments must be made in full before dispatch. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities and may lead to account termination.
Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, colors, sizes, or packaging may vary slightly due to monitor settings, supplier updates, or manufacturing changes.
Availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or suggest alternatives.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer
Orders are shipped to the address provided by you. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the product is delivered to your address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or your unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests fall under our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
We reserve the right to reject returns if items fail inspection or are not returned in original condition.
Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to change without prior notice. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only under stated conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse use of vouchers in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
