At Asbionix Retail Hub, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted areas; in such cases, we will notify you before processing the order.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen events.
You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for metro cities, 5–10 business days for other regions. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Weekend and public holiday deliveries may be limited or unavailable.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply as indicated during checkout.
Additional charges may apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) or delivery to remote areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time using this link.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless courier partners permit.
Hazardous materials, illegal items, or restricted products cannot be shipped.
Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or refusal to accept, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event of lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund based on inspection and courier confirmation.
