Refund policy

Overview

At Asbionix Retail Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines for returning products and receiving refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened consumables (food, health supplements, etc.)
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Software, digital downloads, or gift cards once delivered

Return Process

  • Contact us at support@asbionix.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID.
  • Our team will verify eligibility and provide a return authorization.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our team.

Inspection & Approval

Returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with the policy. Non-compliant returns (used, damaged, or missing items) may be rejected. Approved returns will move to the refund or exchange process.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped defective or incorrect products.

Refund notifications will be sent via email once processed.

Exchanges

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

Partial refunds may apply for items returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or signs of use. Restocking fees are applied only in specific cases and will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests are treated as return requests and follow the return process.

Special Cases

Defective items: Replacements or full refunds.

Wrong items sent: Full refund or replacement.

Shipping damage: Report within 7 days for replacement or refund.
